At GMI, we believe that in order to keep our products and services at the lowest possible cost for our customers, we must be highly efficient in the way we work. Our facility is set up to quickly and easily ramp up or ramp down to meet changing schedules and demands.

GMI is continually investing in manufacturing tools to enhance our manufacturing capabilities. These tools enable GMI to do more with less. Efficiency is important to a customer’s bottom line.

Our plant, with our new 12,000 square foot addition and our recent 15,000 square foot renovation is set up for maximum continuous flow. With our onsite solder paste stencil capability and our onsite tool shop’s ability to provide timely and necessary parts and fixtures, GMI is always prepared for “all of a sudden” requirements.

Each member of our staff is cross-trained to keep all systems moving and to allow for modification of work cells. We are ready at a moment’s notice to accept new challenges.
