Our goal at GMI is to provide our customers with the highest quality, most reliable products at the lowest possible cost.  This can only happen when our employees do their job right. We hire achievement-oriented individuals, train them, and then empower them by placing our trust in their ability and judgment. The result is a strong group of experienced people with an average employment at GMI of 14 years.

Our employees take our customers’ products seriously. No product leaves our facility unless it is 100% ready. Each staff member that handles a portion of the product’s development is accountable for their involvement, and they take pride in making sure it is done right.  All our operators are IPC certified.
